If you have at least 15 people who want to ski together but don’t want to stand in long lines waiting to buy tickets, Mount Southington has the solution for you.  We make it easy for groups to hit the slopes as soon as they arrive.

Once you select a Group Coordinator, have he/she call Mount Southington’s Business Office for our easy-to-complete group packet.  The group leader must do the following.

Group Packet – 6 Steps To Fun On The Slopes

1. Inside this Packet is a Group Calendar.  The group leader should complete this Calendar as soon as possible and fax or mail it back to Mount Southington.  This Calendar reserves the group’s preferred dates provided space is available.
   Also included in this Packet is a Group Tally Sheet with schedules and group prices.  In order to receive group rates, the leader must pre-register and receive a confirmation number at least 72 hours in advance of coming.   If space is available a confirmation number will be issued.
    
2. Duplicate the appropriate Rental cards (ie. Ski/Snowboard) as needed. All renters, including advisors, must complete the appropriate card.  If a minor is renting equipment, the rental form must be signed by a parent or guardian in order to rent ski or snowboard equipment.
   Once completed, get these Rental cards back to us – either mail or hand deliver them.  It is best to get them back to us before the group arrives.  If this is not possible, the leader can bring the cards when the group comes.  But if the goal is to ski and not stand in long lines, getting these Rental cards to Mount Southington beforehand is best.
    
3. The Ticket Tally Sheet tells us how many skiers/boarders are in your group.   Be accurate when completing, then fax, mail or call us with your numbers before your arrival.  The only way we can print your tickets ahead of time is to have these numbers in advance.
    
4. A Group Coordinator Worksheet is a helpful tool you can use to coordinate your group. Please submit both the Group Coordinator Worksheet as well as the Group Tally Sheet so that we have a list of participants in your group.
    
5. Finally, the Skiers Responsibility Code and Courteous Skier/Boarder Policy.  Please duplicate and give it to each member of your group.
    
6. Now for the easy step.  When the group arrives at Mount Southington, the leader must report to the Business Office, pick up the group’s tickets and make payments.  It’s time to get the group out on the slopes.  
    

 Oops!  Just one more very important thing for the group. Thank your leader.  This person just made your visit to Mount Southington a day or night of winter fun.
